"Quick and painless, thankfully"
I found what I needed fast, which was a relief because I don’t have much patience for digging through messy sites. The categories actually made sense, and checkout was straightforward enough, no weird loops, confusing menus, or anything that made me want to give up halfway through.

"Order was right, but I felt a bit brushed off"
I ordered from cigarchief.com and everything showed up exactly how I picked it out. Right cigars, right count, no mix-ups or missing items, which was a relief because I always get a little nervous with online cigar orders. The packing was fine too. The only thing that threw me off was that when I had a question, the response felt kind of short and like I was being dismissed a bit. Still, the order itself went smoothly, so overall I’m happy and would probably order again

"Mostly Fine, Despite the Magical Inventory"
I ordered a few sticks that were listed as in stock, because apparently I enjoy trusting website inventory. One ended up missing, but after I emailed, they swapped it out for something else. The rest of the order was fine and shipped without any drama. Overall, not bad, but keeping the inventory a little more up to date would be a wild and exciting innovation.

They’ve got some rare cigars that I don’t really see in a lot of other places, which is cool. Uh, just keep in mind the stock changes quickly because a few I wanted were already gone by the time I placed my order.

"Took a Little Longer Than Expected"
I ordered from cigarchief and the processing time was a bit slower than I expected. The order didn’t ship out as quick as I thought it would, so I ended up waiting longer than planned. Everything do go through fine in the end, and the order itself was okay. I just wish they was a little faster with getting it processed.

I had to do the age verification on cigarchief.com and it was simple. I just uploaded what they asked for, and it went through faster than I expected. No weird extra steps or anything like that. It’s just nice when a site doesn’t make this part annoying.

"Damaged item was replaced, but an apology would’ve been nice"
One of my items showed up damaged in the mail, which was frustrating. I sent cigarchief some pictures, and they did replace it fairly quickly, though it still took a few days. They handled the replacement fine overall, but i was expecting at least a simple apology for the hassle. 4 stars.
